With 50 years in the construction business I have been involved in many aspects of construction, building everything from single story wood frame to 32 story high rises. One thing I have learned is that successful high quality buildings require a lot of planning and precise execution of design plans and specifications. Patience and the ability to build teams is key to executing any plan. This becomes apparent the longer you are in the construction business.

After college I started my General Contracting Company. This company grew and changed through the years as I learned from each project and what I ultimately wanted to build. Eventually I contracted with a large rapidly growing retailer, building projects all over the country . I learned a lot working with this group since they had an advanced procurement and scheduling system, which we used for constructing these projects. I still use these systems today. For the last 25 years I have been involved in the construction of commercial and residential projects in the Houston area. This time was spent with a very well known General Contractor and with a Developer that builds world wide. In that time I have confirmed that using the right systems will guarantee success.
