Kraftwork Consulting can provide any level of service necessary, at any stage of a project, from feasibility pricing to remediation on poorly constructed buildings. Being involved in the planning stage is where we can be the most effective in controlling the cost and quality of the project. The main goal for all projects is to align the Owner and Contractor in order to provide the resources required for a high quality project.
Planning
Many projects start with incomplete plans; this is common these days. To do this, budgets are adjusted with allowances. Managing the allowances with the new scopes of work can be challenging. This can have an impact on the quality of the project. Kraftwork Consulting can help control costs while maintaining the quality expected.
Strategy
Analyzing gaps between the Owner and Contractor allows KC to provide systems to bridge these gaps. Contractors bid what is on the drawings knowing items are missing. They do this to be competitive. Identifying these items helps both the Contractor and Owner in controlling costs, schedules and QC.
Results
Owners and Contractors have one goal in
mind -- to finish the project and move on. Keeping the design professionals engaged in the project is important to maintain the quality expected by the Owner. KC can manage this process. Remediating issues after the project is complete is time consuming and expensive. Our goal is to avoid that situation.
